マニフェスト・レコードは、アラン・ホールズワースのクラシックなライブパフォーマンスを収録した継続シリーズの第3弾『Frankfurt ’86』のリリースを誇らしく発表します。
1986年のドイツ・フランクフルトで開催されたドイツ・ジャズ・フェスティバルでのこの公演では、アラン・ホールズワースはドラムのゲイリー・ハズバンド、ベースのジミー・ジョンソン、キーボードの赤木啓一郎と共演しました。ゲイリー・ハズバンドはこのパッケージに非常に個人的なライナーノーツも寄稿しています。フランクフルト’86のパフォーマンスは美しく録音・撮影され、もともとドイツテレビで放送されました。音声の音質と映像の画質はどちらも素晴らしく、オリジナルテープからデジタルリマスターされています。
